We were watching a cartoon about 2 weeks ago and there was a duck on the show. When it ended Cliff started waddling around with his heels together and his arms hanging straight down at his sides with his wrists bent out (like impersonating a penguin). He was saying quack, quack. I was surprised at his funny show. He was doing it purely for the laughs.
